Apparently Paul Lo Duca acted as the go between with Kirk Radomski and Eric Gagne when both were with the Dodgers. Included in there is a hand written note to Randowski from Lo Duca.
Andy Pettite got the stuff from Clemens. Also on the list, Gary Sheffield, Barry Bonds and Jason Giambi, but that doesn’t surprise anyone.
