Just flew down this morning to Port St. Lucie and taking in the game with the Mets and Red Sox.
Some things about the game, Carlos Beltran is back on his first day, Carlos Delgado is back and Johan Santana is pitching.
It will be interesting to see how they perform.

NASHVILLE – We have five new members of the Baseball Hall of Fame after the Veteran’s Committee met to vote on executives and managers.
Besides O’Malley and Williams, Bowie Kuhn, Barney Dreyfuss and manager Billy Southworth.
They will be inducted next year.
Although, the O’Malley is considered a pariah in Brooklyn, he is also a hero in LA [...]

NASHVILLE – Although I am staying in the cheap-o hotel a few miles away, I was at Opryland today and it is beautiful. All decked out for Christmas ,it is like a Vegas Casino without the casino part and the highrise – read: very large and somewhat gimicky.
